Order Process
Our workshop is located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where we design and manufacture our own products.
We are wholesalers and work exclusively to order.
Our items are handcrafted.
We can customize our product labels with any name you like for orders of 100 or more. Please send us your name or logo when ordering.
We usually receive orders starting in October for shipment early the following year.
Minimum Order
The minimum order is 50 units of the same item, regardless of pattern and patina.
The site automatically converts prices into several major currencies.
Invoices are usually issued in Thai Baht (THB). We can manually issue them in your currency upon request.

1. Creating your order
You can order through the website, by email or by WhatsApp according to your convenience:
We are at your entire disposal to help you in this process and will call you back upon request.
Remember to specify the name chosen to personalize the sewn labels.
The cost of transport is established at the end of the order
2. Delivery method
We ship orders by EMS for Europe and the United States and by registered mail by Parcel Post for French Polynesia.
Upon request, shipping is possible by DHL Express or any other express carrier.
You can also arrange the transport yourself and send us the shipping number (Airway Bill) by email.
3. Validation and payment
Upon receipt of the order, we schedule production and send you an estimated shipping date and invoice.
Payment of a 40% deposit validates the order.
The balance must be paid before shipping.
4. Accepted payment methods
We prefer bank transfers.
Our account number will be sent to you with the invoice.
You can also pay by credit card through the website
5. Shipping
When your package is shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.
