Ordering Process

Our workshop is located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where we design and manufacture our own products.

We are wholesalers and work exclusively on a made-to-order basis.

Upon request, we can customize our products with your labels.

Our products are handmade and require long drying times.

We usually accept orders in October-November for shipment between March and April of the following year.

Pricing and Discounts

Invoices are generally issued in Thai Baht (THB), and our website automatically converts prices into several major currencies.

Discounts are applied based on the quantity ordered, regardless of the design.

To access our prices, you must create an account.

The minimum order is 9,000 Thai Baht, approximately 250 Euros.

Placing an Order

1. Creating an Order

You can place your order via the website, by email, or through WhatsApp as you prefer:

For each product, you can choose the design and the finish.

Please don’t forget to specify the chosen name for customizing the labels sewn in your name.

We are ready to assist you in this process, and can call you back upon request.

The shipping cost will be calculated and confirmed at the end of your order.

2. Shipping Method

We ship orders by Registered Postal Parcel with Thailand Post. This is the most economical and reliable option.

Upon request, we can also ship by DHL Express or any other express carrier.

You can also arrange your own shipping and send us the Airway Bill number by email.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

Upon receipt of your order, we will schedule the production and send you an estimated shipping date along with the invoice.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order.

The balance must be paid before shipment.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We primarily accept bank transfers. Our account details will be provided with the invoice.

You can also pay by credit card via the website.

5. Shipping

 Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.

6. Duties and Taxes

Upon arrival, any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees must be paid upon delivery.
